Innovation is the soul of the national progress, and it plays a dominant role in thenational economy. Besides it is the secret weapon of the rapid development of allprofessions and trades, of course, including the system of territorial resources. Thelong planning term of territorial resources includes: building a innovative, compoundand high-quality talent for territorial resources and geological industry, enhancing theoccupation quality and occupation skills, and they take innovation as the core oftalents construction. This research is for the purpose of discussing the innovationbehavior of professionals in territorial resources department, including howinnovation self-efficacy and goal orientation can have an effect on the perceivedorganizational support and innovation behavior. The research is based on the way ofquestionnaire, assessed the status of perceived organizational support, innovationself-efficacy, goal orientation and innovation behavior. The whole data statisticalwork is based on SPSS18.0. The results are as follows:1.The result of this study shows that the innovative behavior of territorialresources professionals is in the mid-level.2.Age has a significant effect on the innovative behavior. The employees in agefrom25to35have lower scores than the employees in age from36to45. Also theemployees in age from25to35have lower score than the employees in age from46to55, and both have significant difference at0.05level.3.Education has a significant effect on the innovation behavior. The employeeswith bachelor degree have lower scores than the employees with doctor degree. Alsothe employees with master degree have lower scores than the employees with doctordegree, and both have significant difference at0.05level.4.Innovation self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in the perceivedorganizational support and the innovation behavior. And the mediating effect is60.06%.5.Controlling for personality variables, the test between perceived organizationalsupport and the innovation behavior is also significant. 6.Therefore, goal orientation plays an adjustment function in the relationshipbetween perceived organization support and the innovation behavior. Morespecifically speaking, learning goal orientation plays an adjustment function in therelationship between well-being concerns and the innovation behavior; learning goalorientation plays an adjustment function in the relationship between value identity andthe innovation behavior; proving goal orientation only moderates the relationshipbetween well-being concerns and the innovation behavior; avoiding goal orientationplays an adjustment function in the relationship between work support and theinnovation behavior, well-being concerns and the innovation behavior, and valueidentity and the innovation behavior.
