Under vocational education background which in order to promote employment, An important question is: Although the occupation education purpose is very clear, and the occupation education students with higher employment in the labor market, this batch of labor flow rate is higher, Job hopping, turnover, unemployment phenomenon is also accompanied by a higher employment rate. For just out of the campus, facing the transformation of transformation and identity of the environment, signed the employment agreement, does not represent a stable and high quality employment, in the period of employment, if they can not quickly adapt to the organizational culture, organizational management system, as well as the pressure of work, you may face the conversion work or unemployment problem, appear not good situation of employment of poor quality.In order to avoid the occurrence of such a situation, the organization has taken many methods to let new employees adapt to the role of social learning, knowledge and skills, from external to internal, learning organization culture, learn to examine the values, organization ability, the desired behavior, social knowledge. These strategies are collectively referred to as social policy. So, facing the transition from the students to the new employee identity, all kinds of organizations to provide a social strategy are different, the social strategy and whether differences effectively became the main concerns of this study to what extent.Firstly, the connotation of organizational socialization tactics of measurement as well as the related research conducted a systematic literature review, found the conclusion after the research on the antecedents and the socialization of the subject and has not formed a complete theoretical framework, there are still a large number of untested assumptions, the conclusion is more research is not consistent. The domestic research on general on this topic is still on the theoretical analysis and the study of foreign based, empirical research is rare, this research hopes to provide practical guidance for practice after a thorough explanation on this subject.In the process of empirical research, this study first the purpose and content of refinement,makes the research of social policy for the new employees from two difference and effectiveness, and then review the existing research, the research object selection and making research questionnaire. In the field survey and data processing stage, were issued by Hefei finance Career Academy graduates, and then recover the data entry and analysis, the reliability analysis, T test, variance analysis, regression analysis, a comprehensive display of the conclusion of the study.The survey include260questionnaires,232were valid questionnaires, data analysis indicated that the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of situational factors was0.886, the content factors, social factors were0.854and0.928, task performance was0.870, showing high reliability. Employee socialization strategy includes three aspects of situational factors, the content factors and social factors, classification variables for this study in three aspects of gender, income and jobs, because the gender is dummy variables, therefore, due to the differences caused by gender need to use T test analysis program, and income and jobs for the multi variable, the need for analysis of variance to determine differences.In the analysis of differences on all the variables of this research, the return of social factors and task performance, data show that situational factors, content and social factors are associated with the task performance is positive relationship, the contribution degree of content factors in task performance most.Through systematic analysis, this study concludes that, first of all, social strategy has the majority of enterprises to adopt, and has little difference; secondly, the gap of income level can predict the differences of organizational socialization tactics adopted in some degree; finally, use social strategies can effectively improve new employee performance level.In the suggestion part, this study suggests that the government should increase the support for the new employee society, colleges and universities should take a targeted strategy, help graduates to understand the importance of socialization, enterprises should fully understand the importance of socialization, make the new staff to better adapt to the work, and the enterprise according to specific circumstances, to implement the organizational socialization tactics of different. For future research, this paper think we need to expand the sample size, into the second, comparative study, again is to further broaden the research object, the last is to focus on the time series.
