Capital pool products in China commercial banks are developing rapidly, and therisk follows. The importance of risk control becomes more and more prominent. Withlessons from foreign experience, on the basis of the present framework of financialrisk management, this paper tries to optimize the risk control mechanism for Chinafinancial products.The paper is divided into six chapters. The chapter one introduces the researchbackground, research methods and the literature review. The second chaptersummarizes three related theories including the financial instability theory,principal-agent theory, IRM and ERM. Chapter3discusses the foreign experience onthe risk control of financial products. The fourth chapter analyzes the characteristicsof the risk control mechanism for China financial products. Taking the bank C as anexample, Chapter5studies the risk prevention and control of the financial products inChina with the case analysis. From the two aspects, the sixth chapter puts forwardsome advice on optimizing the risk control mechanism of China commercial bankcapital pool products. This paper adopts some methods such as qualitative analysis,comparative research, quantitative analysis and case analysis and others.The innovation of this article is proposed in view of the establishment offinancial product risk identification system. At the same time, the emphasis on theinfluence on the risk from wealth management is the other innovation of this article.This paper tries to strengthen the awareness of investors to the risk of financialproducts. On the other hand, commercial banks can also strengthen its risk controlmeasures. Therefore, this article has important both theoretic and practicalsignificance.
