With the promotion of enterprise culture theory in China, more and more enterprises recognize that enterprise culture can bring tangible and intangible, economic and social benefits.China Metallurgical Construction Engineering Group(MCC), as a Large state-owned construction enterprises, always attach great importance to the building of enterprise culture, and formed a unique enterprise concept. With the rapid development of enterprises, we need to extract a set of enterprise culture concept matching strategy and reflecting the common pursuit of enterprises and employees to lead the company to achieve a new development.This thesis started from the related theory of enterprise culture, and analyzed the particularity of the enterprise culture construction of MCC, the status of the environment, the core concept system, development strategy. At the same time, referring to the successful experience of other large construction enterprise, we analyzed the existing enterprise culture and pointed out the existing problems. At last we put forward the corporate culture system model of MCC to guide future development and provide a theoretical reference and practical experience for the construction of enterprise culture.
