As the financial crisis occurs frequently, many enterprises especially in thedeveloped capitalist countries are in trouble. However the cooperative enterprises inthese countries show a strong vitality, that is interesting and worth considering. Themost notable of these cooperatives is the kibbutz in Israel.In the course of nearly a century of development, the kibbutz made a specialcontribution for the establishment and development of the state of Israel. Althoughthe population of kibbutz is little, it played an important role in economic, political,and other areas of national defense. It must be the great advantage of cooperativeeconomy.This paper describes the creation and development of the kibbutz. Israelikibbutz movement was started by a group of individual persons. In the early19thcentury to the20th century, they came from Eastern Europe, mainly Russia and otherregions to emigrate to Palestine. They had built Jewish settlements in Palestine,trying to establish a social which had common labor, common ownership, commonlife and ideal for equality. Since the birth of Israel’s first kibbutz, it is mainlydominated by agriculture with communist colors. Therefore, we call agriculturalcooperatives. Since the1930s, kibbutz got out of a single model. Consumercooperatives, production cooperatives, savings and credit cooperatives also became anew identity kibbutz. Accounting to the development of kibbutz, its life organization,work structure and financing models also had a more perfect mechanism.This article focuses on the kibbutz’s internal management system. The first is the organizational principles: public ownership principle, that is in theorganizations of the kibbutz, all production data, services, facilities and housesbelong to the common property, a person can only have their own private supplies;equal work, equal sharing principle,that is the kibbutz members are assigned to thevarious sectors of the economy, regardless of the cadres and ordinary members areequal; Demand assignment principle that is according to the kibbutz financial, allmembers do everything equally, basing on the consideration of the circumstances ofeach family. They do not take wage system; democratic management principles, thatis they established the General Assembly and discuss the principles and policiestogether. For major issues, they are going to vote; principle of freedom of movement,freedom of movement that is working in the kibbutz. The second is to analyze thekibbutz organizational performance.It follows that although the kibbutz is facing challenges and it needsrestructuring. But its success has a great experience for our reference. First, theestablishment of corporate economic cooperation and strengthen cooperationbetween the various economies, mutual help and common development. Second,relying on increased productivity and "going out" to face external challenges andthreats. Third, the kibbutz organizational system for China’s socialist newcountryside construction reference value. Fourth, the legislation is complete.In this paper, the kibbutz generation, evolution and mode of operation werediscussed, with emphasis on the significance of the kibbutz for today’s society.Social development mode changes, whether the kibbutz remains to be investigated inthe development of globalization today can not be known.
