The Research On The Development Strategy Of Software Parks In Underdeveloped Areas Of Northern Jiangsu

As the development of information technology and industry, Software Industry is becoming increasingly important in the socio-economic development. Software Park as the main carrier and platform of the software industry, plays more and more important role in the process of promote the development of software industry. The influence of the South Jiangsu, more cities in the North Jiangsu pay more attention on the development of Software industry. After the initial construction, the hardware environment improved significantly. Enterprises in park formed a certain scale and concentration, but pay more focus on the physical environment construction, light the soft environment construction and perfect the industry chain. So, after beginning of rapid construction, various problems in the park had arisen.Through the study of the theory of the software and related literature both at home and abroad, and puts forward the significance of this article. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the development way of good software park at home and abroad, summarized experiences in the development of software industry which worthy of learning. Yancheng software park was chosen as a typical case of North Jiangsu software industry development, and find out the gap of Yancheng software park development by analyzing industrial structure and comparing surrounding cities; Find out the shortcomings in the course of development by analyzing the several aspects of the elements affecting the development of Yancheng Software Park through’Michael Porter diamond Model’. Finally, analysis of external environment faced by Yancheng software park development, it is concluded that software park is facing opportunities and challenges. Combining with the advantages and disadvantages of Yancheng Software Park, made four strategies for Yancheng software park development by the SWOT analysis, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures based on the actual situation.
