Rural governance is issues that many rural researchers focus on. In2014the No.1document in Central Committee clearly pointed out that we should improve rural governance mechanisms. The paper selects a village in Hainan province as the research unit. The village has experienced rural governance process with the most of the village. Paper describes and examines way of rural governance. The villagers who drink tea are a part of their daily lives had a traditional habit of drinking Dad Tea. In recent years, much discussion and negotiation between rural cadres and villagers is the process of drinking tea. Paper describes and explains the combination the way of life and rural governance.Daily political life in the country, drinking dad tea has become a daily important governance way, and village cadres through the drinking tea process to complete or to strengthen the work. They report and contact the government officials, while negotiating and communicating with the villagers in this way.In the relationship of "strong government-weak village-strong farmers", rural governance increasingly normalized and life. In the process of villagers’ contradiction and conflict mediation, village cadres use means of life to solve problems and maintain village order.Thesis thinks there are no foundations and conditions on strong government governance or a single management, so rural governance needs transformation. Dad tea makes the way of rural governance towards life. In deepen rural reform period, it is of great significance that we explore suitable for national conditions, standard and orderly and dynamic way of rural governance or mechanism.
