Multinational companies as non-state actors have a growing influence on the state in recent years. Every government of sovereign country has also taken into consideration the demands of multinational companies when they are making a decision. That’s make the study of political behavior of multinational companies becomes increasingly necessary. Political behavior of multinational companies is the process of intervene national decision-making, based on the significant influence of multinational companies, this thesis defines the political behavior of multinational companies at first, and further expounds the multinational companies’ political power is come from the importance of economic interests. By analyzing the Motivation of multinational companies’ political behavior and the manners of intervene national decision-making, we can point out the political behavior of multinational companies not only destroy the development space of the host countries’ native companies, but also change people’s lifestyle and values, and the relationship between the host country and other countries. Eventually, this thesis tries to find out the strategies to counter the political behavior of multinational companies.
