Along with our country industrialization degree unceasing enhancement, ourcountry’s demands for oil are also increasing. Although every year in our country’s oilproduction is increasing, the increase is far less than the speed of the social demandfor oil. At present our country has become the second largest country after the UnitedStates national oil consumption. Kazakhstan area has rich oil resource; based onmarket development strategy of the Hausa card area oil area in question is studied.Paper first in the research on a large number of related literature at home andabroad, on the basis of strategic management and energy security as the core,discusses the support in the Hausa card area oil area market development strategysystem, points out the necessity of the strategic management for enterprisedevelopment and energy security problem in our country at present. Energy security isrelated to peace and stability in our country, it is very important to the development ofour country’s economy. Second, the oil in the Hausa card area market developmentpresent situation and development strategy has carried on the system analysis anddetailed discussion, points out the Hausa card area oil in area market development,and the problems faced at the same time points out the oil in the Hausa card areamarket the importance of developing the oil in the overseas development, also bymeans of SWOT, analyzes the Hausa card area oil area in the focus of the marketdevelopment and the core.
