Research On The Improvement Of The Comprehensive Budget Management Of The D Group

With the expanding of enterprise, the groups become an important form. Budgetmanagement as an effective tool is important to strengthen the control of thesubsidiary company and to promote the coordinated development of parent-subsidiaryand to realize strategic goals, which is adopted by more and more group Ltd. Forgroup Ltd, simply cost budget cannot satisfy their needs.They turn to thecomprehensive budget management, including capital budget, financial budget,budget and capital budget, etc. However, due to the inherent defects of comprehensivebudget management and lack of experience, managers often feel confusion when theyface with a series of problems at the beginning of the comprehensive budgetmanagement. Based on this situation, it is important for related researchers to explorethe problem appeared in the early stage of the comprehensive budget managementimplementation and put forward solution of the problem from the root of problems.This article is a thesis of case study, choosing D group as the object. First of all, inthis paper, this article generalizes the related theory and literature related to budgetmanagement. Secondly, on the basis of the theory and literature review, this articleintroduces budget management development of D group and the current situation ofthe comprehensive budget management in detail. On the basis of analyzing thepresent situation, this article summarizes the plight of the comprehensive budgetmanagement and analyzes the causes of budget dilemma. For these reasons, this paperputs forward some specific measures to improve group comprehensive budgetmanagement. Finally, this paper summarizes experiences of the implementation ofcomprehensive budget management of the D group.
