A Study On Enterprise Resource Planning In Export Credit Insurance Management

Enterprise resource planning and management, which is combining with export credit insurance, has a crucial theoretical and practical significance for export-oriented foreign trade companies. This paper takes C trading company as research background. It is mainly expanded around the use of the enterprise resource planning in foreign trade enterprises’ export credit insurance management. It makes specific design and predictive analysis about how to use ERP to assist the company’s export credit insurance management. This paper aims to improve the managing level of the company’s receivable accounts. The paper, through literature research and survey-making, makes a summary of the related data on this topic, basing on this theoretical basis, it gives its own analysis and comments about C company’s problems and solutions. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper makes analysis on C company’s existing problems. Secondly, this paper makes specific design and solutions on how to combine ERP with companies’ export credit insurance management. At last, it makes predictive analysis of its future. It is proved that the union of ERP and export credit insurance management can greatly improve a company’s management level. What’s more, it can also enrich the theory of business management and provide valuable reference for the other companies.
