The Research About Micro-loan Company Sustainable Development And Government Effect

For a long period, it is difficult for SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprise) and farmers to get small business financing. This problem has result in a limitation in the development of China’s rural economy and society. As a new financing style, microfinance has played an important role in dealing with issues of Agriculture, Farmer and Rural Areas since1980s. It also contributed a lot to the development of SMEs. Especially, after the international financial crisis in2008, capital market generally tight, the development of domestic SMEs production and rural economy faced with the lack of funds. At this time, micro-loan companies are growing rapidly for their flexible mode. At the same time, it plays a more and more important role in the economic and social development. Commercial micro-loan companies also faced with some constraints:unclear market status, absence of supervision, lack of risk control ability, limited sustainable development Conditions,not enough policy, uneven level of management, all these factors are affecting their sustainable development.Micro-loan companies is a financial management tools of public service-oriented government. In view of good economic and social benefits that micro-loan companies have achieved, to study the survival and development obstacles they faced not only help to speed up the healthy development of micro-loan companies, but also help to improve our financial service system, and help to provide financial energy to the Economic Zone Of Taiwan Strait’s Western Shore and Ningde Circum-Sandu Bay Regional Developing Strategy.This thesis based on the introduction, analysis, and comparison of domestic and foreign microfinance development background, mode and policy. It combined with Fujian province and Ningde City local development of micro-loan companies. In accordance with the method of ask questions, analyze problems and solve problems, as well as through detailed analysis of the impact factors of micro-loan companies and to draw on some foreign successful experiences. This thesis come to some points of view and Countermeasures as that the guiding role and policy support of government, and supervision can promote its sustainable and healthy development.
