This paper is written in order to investigate a specific financing project of the firmWHHQ. Like other small and medium-sized private business, WHHQ also experiencescash shortfall and difficulties getting the back loan. Meanwhile, since the conflict resultedfrom rapid development and backward in productivity is getting intense, plans forincreasing productivity and efficiency allow of no delay. Combining development strategyand current situation in the capital market, WHHQ sees the project “300Numerical controlheavy-duty horizontal lathe output annually” as an opportunity, starts equity transfer andshare capital expansion, introduces new strategic angels, and solves the liquidity problemas the same time.A business plan is considered to be a crucial document for investors to fullyunderstand the project,determine whether it is worth investing and if the cooperativepartner is trustworthy. Moreover it is a research project that is worth exploring deeply andpractically. Not only masterful writing skills are needed for an excellent business plan,making it structured, logical, comprehensive, and substantial in content, but alsocombination of characteristic of the project and that of the investors in order to attractinvestors. This paper focuses on venture Capital Institution, development of the firm,implementation plan of the project, and exit strategy. And description for profoundspecialized knowledge and complex product process is in the simplest language for thepurpose of letting investors understand quickly and comprehensively. As to the method ofreasoning and proving, generally classified comparison, data analysis, and trend judgmentare applied to demonstrate the value of the project. In the end, I hope this business plan canachieve WHHQ’s goal and also be used for reference for other business plans.
