Research On Financial Problems Of The Medium And Small-Sized Enterprises In Kun Shan

Kun Shan regional economic development, Medium and Small-sized Enterprises are one of the important support, but the financing difficulties constraints the development of Medium and Small-sized Enterprises in the Kun Shan region. This paper focuses on the financing problems of Medium and Small-sized Enterprises, in the case of K bank, system status problems and financing reasons for the difficulties of Medium and Small-sized Enterprises financing in Kun Shan, and countermeasures on how to solve the financing difficulties. This paper first described the theory of Medium and Small-sized Enterprises financing; followed by Kun Shan region status and problems of Medium and Small-sized Enterprises financing analysis, and summed up the reason for the Kun Shan region Medium and Small-sized Enterprises financing predicament; and then the Taiwan Medium and Small-sized Enterprises financing experience; Finally, the combination of the Kun Shan region specific actual and proposed countermeasures on how to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs in the Kun Shan region.
