Aimed At Improving The Design Of C-weighted Resume Business In Employee Retention

Of this study is used to improve C sportswear enterprise staff retention rate of the weighted Application blank design, main purpose is through the use of the design of the weighted Application blank, reduce the personnel primary cost, improve the C enterprise staff retention rate.The research method of this paper is, collected from the C enterprise hired1155people since2004, Application information and their office term information in the C enterprise, the1155people, including368people who remains in office, and office term for more than three years.and787people who have left. First used the368people’s Application information, to produce effective employee weighted Application blank.second with787people’s Application information and office term information, test the validity of the weighted Application blank, and then verify whether the weighted Application blank can improve the retention rate of C companyAfter a series’of research, this article have three results:firstly, the author designed the C enterprise’s efficient employee weighted Application blank. Secondly, after inspection, the weighted Application blank effectively, and the author also concluded the regression equation of employee record score and office term.then we can predict the employees’office term of the enterprise by record score. Finally, by comparing the difference of retention rate of the three years between high Application blank scorers and low scorers, proves that using weighted Application blank the writer makes, retention rate of C firm increased by30%.In this paper, design of the weighted resume, can be directly applied in C enterprise recruitment work, and help enterprises improve staff retention rate, in the same industry, other enterprise can draw lessons from the research achievements of this paper, to promote the use.
