Impact Analysis On The Development Of Foreign Mergers And Acquisitions China's Soybean Industry

In recent years, the foreign capital’s mergers and acquisitions of domestic enterprisesis getting more and more attention, this phenomenon which was particularly serious inChina’s soybean industry. On the one hand, foreign capital can bring new vitality into thedevelopment of domestic agriculture, it can make up the funding gap and bring us theadvanced technology. On the other hand, the agricultural industrialization security issueswhich was brought from foreign acquisitions can not be ignored anymore.For example, theadvantages of monopoly from foreign mergers bring a threat to the survival of China’sstate-owned enterprises and they will have a bad influence on the impact of China’sagricultural innovation and technological progress rate,and they may even lead to nationalfood security crisis. These problems indicate that the current development of China’ssoybean industry is facing difficulties. In this paper,we did an objective analysis of themeans of foreign capital’s mergers and acquisitions and its impact on China’s soybeanindustry, then based on which we put forward some policy suggestions.This paper mainlyincludes the following aspects: First, explain the foreign acquisition theories, explore thetheoretical basis of the behavior of foreign mergers and acquisitions; Second, makecomparative analysis the means of foreign mergers and acquisitions of multinational grainmerchants from all aspects, and summarizes the adverse effects of their behavior onChina’s soybean industry. Third, specific to these effects, proposed a series of constructivesuggestions for the future of China’s soybean industry development mode.
