Soybean Planting Cost Benefit And Incentive Mechanism Research In Heilongjiang Province

In our country, the soybean is an important kind of food crop as well as the important oil crop. It stays atthe key point in the nationally economic development. As the main producing areas for the soybean,Heilongjiang province’s producing acreage takes about a quarter of the whole country’s acreage, and itsannual yield amounts to a third of the whole country’s yield. Being responsible for the soybean producing,Heilongjiang province takes it significant for the economy and the country’s crop security strategy. In recentyears, the international crop companies come into our country, the soybean from abroad has a bad influenceon the soybean producing in our country. The problems appeared in the soybean producing in our countrymainly include the high cost, the low yield, the low benefits and lacks of the subsidy policy. The producingareas reduce year by year, and the farmers have weaker will for the producing. All these become the obstaclefor the crop security and the economic development of Heilongjiang province.The research aims at the cost and efficiency of the soybean producing in Heilongjiang province and themotivation mechanism, at the basis of the analyses to the relevant documents, takes the cost and efficiencyand the motivation mechanism as the theoretical basis, analyzes the present condition and the problems forHeilongjiang’s soybean producing and analyzes the structure of the cost and benefits. Through collecting theagricultural statistical data and applying the CD production function, it analyzes out the reason for thesoybean’s cost and benefits. It gets the research data via the questionnaires and applies the regression analysisto analyze the relativity and the efficiency between the different motivating factors those functions at thesoybean producing. At the end of the paper, it takes the viewpoints from two angles-the cost and efficiencyand the motivating factors. It put forwards some special suggestions to build and reform the soybeanproducing motivating mechanism.
