The Current Situation Development Of Regional Financial Center Distribution And Countermeasure In China

Finance is the center of modern economy, the growth of economy and financeexist the supplement of each other relation. Financial industry development level isone of important development scales of cities. Base on present domestic andinternational economic developing environment, financial industry development,establishing financial center, pushing on my country to establish complete financialcenter system are very necessary. Base on this, this research has started to choose thepoint of view on the regional financial center distribution to research out onestablishing financial center in China.This research consists5chapters, and from5chapters’ below has researched andanalyzed the regional financial center distribution in China as following:Chapter1integrates current environment and the necessity of financialdevelopment in domestic and international, analyzed the topic background andsignificances. In addition, this chapter also reviewed and summarized systematicallythe past researches of financial center, determined the research methodology, untilrealized about the innovation and insufficiency of this research.Chapter2，the related theories of regional financial center research. In thischapter, researcher started with regional finance and regional financial center thesetwo main points, chose theories of economics of location, economies of scale theories,theories of industrial cluster, transaction cost theories, geographic finance theories andheadquarters economics theories etc,… as the base of research theories, discussedabout the definition of regional financial center, functions and levels. Simultaneously,this chapter uses many related theories to discuss on the formation motivation ofregional financial center.Chapter3, the experiences and revelation of regional financial center development model in cities of domestic and abroad. In this chapter, this research haschosen different levels of representative financial center cities as examples, focusedon analyzing the differences of these regional financial center development modelsand their successful experiences, in order to be revelation of the financial centerdevelopment in cities of China.Chapter4, analyze on current situation development of regional financial centerin China. This chapter’s main points stress on using large space to conduct analysison the different regional financial situations, distinguished clearly the basicconditions of establishing regional financial center. Otherwise, in this chapter alsobring the CDI CFCI to present current situation of establishing of31regionalfinancial centers for comprehensive competitive power, and find out the existingproblems of establishing regional financial center distribution.Chapter5is the conclusion, to the current existing problems of regional financialcenter distribution, from national, regional and district these three levels, theresearcher has proposed countermeasures for improvement, in order to involve insolving the problems.
