Internet is developing at an unprecedented speed in China, which marks the era of e-commerce has come. As an emerging business model, E-commerce has greatly changed the traditional business model and people’s consumption habits. In the new model, consumers can get more comprehensive information on the product and this has improved the ability to bargain with the merchants. The transaction model of E-commerce has a direct impact on the pricing of the network businesses.E-commerce has a multiple impact on the market, and these effects will be reflected in the commodity price on the market. The commodity price is the most sensitive and active factors in the economic activities. The pricing strategy has also played a very important part in the marketing strategy. With the development of e-commerce, it promotes the development and improvement of the enterprise pricing model.This paper aims to study the pricing characteristics and the factors that affect the pricing in the PC industry in the e-commerce environment and then discusses the pricing strategy in the PC industry in order to provide an appropriate pricing strategy for online merchants and useful guidance to the development of the enterprise.At the same time, this paper adopts theoretical and empirical research to the pricing strategy in the e-commerce of PC industry after defining e-commerce and its pricing methodology, and takes PC product as an example to construct the pricing model. Enterprise pricing model and online consumer product pricing model are constructed, its assumptions and influencing factors explained in detail separately, and reasonable improvement are made on the existing models. On the basis of the pricing model, different pricing strategies are proposed.On the basis of the pricing model, this paper takes Jingdong Mall as an example to analyze and describe its pricing strategy in great detail and further explains the practical application of this pricing model and these strategies in specific cases.
