Smart Grids has significant impacts on the stained and rapid development of China’s economy. From view point of the national strategy, building a reliable and efficient grid is insurance for the national energy security and is demanded by the development of comprehensive society. It also adapts to China’s current national conditions and meets the needs of future development.On the base of home and abroad research in the capacity of profitability and analysis of the profitability of Smart Grids companies, this paper points out some current problems during the enterprise management process, in light of the related preferential policies to the smart grids companies. Then the effect of factors on the capacity of profitability from the smart grids companies is analyzed with SPSS19.0and related model. This paper investigates84listed companies in2012and makes a comprehensive evaluation system through the factor analysis from the ROS, rate of profit, total asset payment rate, net asset profit rate and EPS. Then the evaluation system is tested against by Regression Model considering six content areas:capital structure, ownership ratio, the scale of the corporation, the ability of study, growth and assets operation. In the end come the policy suggestions combining with actual market situation in China.The innovation in this paper is mainly reflected on the study objects and instruction of the factors on the capacity of profitability. More attention is paid to studying the smart grids listed companies in China nowadays. So this paper focuses on the study of this industry, hoping to initiate development of the industry and policy-making.
