Research On Dynamic Evolution Of Open Innovation Models Based On The Technology Life Cycle

With the arrival of the era of open innovation, how to efficiently use and integrate the internal and external innovation resources become one of the greatest issue.In an open environment, the company’s innovation environment has undergone tremendous changes, with the availability of external resources and sharing of knowledge and the rapid spread of highly frequent movement of Labor force.Compared to the closed innovation, open innovation allows more companies to participate in the technology innovation, and also short the technology life cycle.Meanwhile, open innovation is also a challenge for the enterprise.As the restriction of resources and management innovation ability,enterprises can not indiscriminately innovative resources and choice collaborators from outside access.Companies choose the right time to participate in technological innovation according to outside technical changes in the environment. There are options to choose collaborators, integrate and use of external resources.Enterprises will selectively choose collaborators and use of external resources.Technology life cycle refers to the technical process from production to decline. Different stages of technological development for resource have different requirements.Therefore, in the different technical life cycle stages, companies need to integrate the features of stages and use of resources.The external resources and the level of cooperation with external partners are different in different stages of the technology life cycle, namely openness are different at different stages.At different stages of the life cycle technology companies will use different degree of openness.Open innovation business model constantly adjust as technology evolves,and these reflect the dynamic model of open innovation.How does corporate innovatie when they are limited in resources and capacity,namely how does corporate adjust the breadth and depth of open innovation is worthy of study.This paper analyzes the enterprise openness,open innovation models in different stages and the open innovation model of the dynamic evolution with the technological development. This article is mainly theoretical analysis and research.After the theoretical study,this paper analyzes the dynamic evolution of Open innovation models of LuHua company based on the technology of aflatoxin cycle.Firstly,this article defines corporate resources and capabilities, technology strategy, technology life cycle, openness, open innovation concepts and analysis of the relationship.The enterprise strategic is choiced to classify different technologies.This article consider strategic choice of different technologies will affect the enterprise’s technological innovation strategy, thus affecting technological innovation activities.Life cycle of technology and openness of the relationship are discussed.With the breadth and depth of openness as an indicator,open innovation model is divide to exploratory, strategic, network, deficiency four types. This article analyse the breadth and depth of opening of the enterprise in different technology strategy,then can get different dynamic evolution model.This is because different enterprises enter the timing of technological innovation and technology innovation strategy is different.Finally,Lu Hua’s case is a theoretical analysis show by the dynamic evolution of Open innovation models of LuHua company based on the technology to aflatoxin cycle.This article provides a theoretical guidance to the enterprise on how to choose the open innovation business model.
