Switzerland, India, Brazil, Turkey, the United States and other countries have trade barriers, technical barriers and other restrictive measures imposed on China, our rubber industry is facing unprecedented difficulties, Rubber Valley came into being at this time with a high integration degree of the industry ecosphere development model.This study based on the basic characteristics of the Rubber Valley development, analyzed of the basic situation, after expounded industry ecosphere theory, it was positioning the rubber valley into a ecological park of industry ecosphere mode, quantitative evaluated of the level of the eco-industries of Rubber Valley, and eventually come to the ecological level of Rubber Valley industry ecosphere.
