As the publishing of the most severe macro-control in residential real estate, the period of commercial property has come quietly. More and more property developers are attracted to engage in this industry. However, the complexity and difficulties of operations in residential real estate have been obvious to all. There are many kinds of commercial property, and the market shops have the undoubtedly important place in the investment of shops market. Whereas, in the recent years, the vacancy rate of commercial property has increased all across the country, especially in the emerging professional market. From Beijing to all over the country, the failures of professional market operation had taken place. Thus it can be seen that the preliminary feasibility study is very significant.This paper illustrates the procession of the feasibility study of real estate projects by giving the feasibility study of the development and management of Zhejiang Flower City, in order to help us avoiding the aimless decision in the development of real estate market.
