Trust is the four pillar of the financial system.It has gone through five rectification, under the guidance of "one law rules", a model of development suited to China’s basic national conditions is gradually taking shape. The asset size of the trust industry in2012reached7.47trillion yuan, for the first time more than a leap to become the second largest financial sector after banking. Trust industry’s rise is so quickly, aroused widespread concern. However, the study of the theory of our experts and scholars on the Trust far lags behind the actual development, trust is also more limited development model, product innovation, trust company business performance Research Council countable.Take this opportunity to, this article selects48trust companies in China, from a financial perspective, the use of mathematical models to evaluate the operating performance of the trust company.This article consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction. Include:research background and innovation. The second part is related to the theoretical analysis. First, it introduces trust theoretical knowledge, then sorts out the performance evaluation theory and comments. It also cards a large number of domestic and international literature review,from four aspects of profitability, asset quality, management of growth, solvency,the index system was established.The fourth part of the evaluation model and analysis,and it is focus chapter. Factor analysis method is used, sample is48trust companies, each company according to the established index system is calculated for each financial indicators, finally it extracted four common factors and calculates the score and the score of each trust factor. The fifth part is the empirical research findings and their extension. Empirical studies based on the above results, combined with the company’s size and whether common factors listed separately analyzed scores and composite score and future development of trust countermeasures and suggestions. The final article describes the limitations of this study and further research prospects.
