Human resource management is one of the priorities of the enterprise management. Human resources management decisions whether a company able to compete for the right people, whether a company able to best play staffs’ability, and whether a company able to promote the development of talent. The pros and cons of human resources management has become a key factor affecting the development of enterprises. Based on the Investigation and Analysis of the YJ Company’s original management of human resources, the paper focuses the analysis and optimization of system performance and compensation management of YJ Company.According to the actual situation of the YJ Company, the paper reconstructed the status and responsibility of the company’s instructions by questionnaires and interviews. The paper uses the KPI method to determine the performance evaluation system for YJ Company. The paper uses the fuzzy consistent method to determine the index weight. YJ company performance evaluation index system was established by above-mentioned ways. The company redefined the range of performance appraisal process, feedback mechanisms, and the use of performance appraisal results. The paper established a new performance management system.The paper based the status and responsibility of the company’s instructions, optimized the Company’s remuneration sequence. Combined with new performance appraisal system, the company increased the proportion of changes wages pay in wages, by which way the company incentive effect increases. In addition, according to the company’s actual, special projects, bonuses and other compensation elements increased. The paper make the company’s bonus system more standardized.This article developed a performance management system, which system establishes a scientific and rational performance evaluation index system, which system specification performance appraisal process, which system ensures the impartiality of the performance appraisal. The system applies the results of performance appraisal to payroll, staff training, and promotion of employees. The system made a real sense of performance management. This article developed the pay system, which system determined a reasonable salary structure, and determined a reasonable way to adjust the system. The pay system increased the effectiveness of the remuneration incentive for employees.
