Agriculture as the primary industry of national economy, is related to nationalinterest and people’s livelihood, social harmony and national stability. Degree ofagricultural modernization is the important symbol to measure a region’s or acountry’s agricultural development level. Therefore, how to continuously and healthydevelop modern agriculture has been taken more and more seriously. Agricultureindustry layout is the projection which agricultural industry structure reflects ingeographic space, is the comprehensive product under the impact of nature,technology and other objective conditions, which has important strategic significanceto the sustainable development of agriculture and social economy.Based on the perspective of overall urban and rural development, this paperelaborates the domestic and overseas research dynamic and developing trend ofmodern agriculture planning, attaches great importance to the application of newmethods and new technology, which is a current research hotspot and trend,introduces the basic knowledge of modern agricultural industry layout and strives tofully grasp the basic agricultural industry layout research theory.On the basis of in-depth survey in Qixia city, from its natural geographicalconditions, social and economic conditions, agricultural resources developmentpotential, the advantage and disadvantage of agricultural development in theagricultural industry development potential, this paper analyzes the modernagriculture industry layout in Qixia city. From terrain conditions, soil conditionsand climate conditions, nine agricultural ecological factors are selected for regionalecological suitability analysis and single factor map are made, including Qixia cityelevation, slope, slope direction, over10℃accumulated temperature, soil texture,soil thickness, soil organic matter content, total annual sunshine duration and theannual precipitation. According to the analytic hierarchy process method, expertexperience and the different significance of ecological suitability of ecological factors in Qixia city, the ecological factor weight value of the final is determined, variousecological factors are weighted sum in ARCGIS software platform using the spatialanalysis function. Feedback is given according to the field investigation situation, andthe rank division is completed so that ecological sensitivity and suitability for spacedistribution in Qixia city is clear. The ecological fragile areas in Qixia county aremainly distributed in northwest and southeast of Qixia; relatively fragile areas aremainly distributed in southeast of qingshui river basin and the upper part of southeastmountain in northwest of the dragon gate basin; The largest area of ecologicalsensitivity is the region where is not ecological sensible but relatively suitable, widelydistributed in the low hilly land, LingPo terraces and the alluvial flat flange area in thethe part; the northeast and southwest area of Qixia city is flat terrain, called ecologicalsuitable region. Refer to the results of comprehensive evaluation of ecologicalsuitability and sensitivity of Qixia city, based on land use status quo and potential ofQixia city, the integral space there is divided into four types of development priorityzones: optimized development, focused on development, limited development andprohibited development. and the development direction of planning is put forward, theregional industry’s latest, scientific and practical technology is set forth; For the studyof the layout of modern agriculture industry in Qixia city, this paper puts forward theimplementation countermeasures for modern agriculture industry layout from sevenaspects.
