A Study On The Developmentantal Route Of Rupal Rea Finance In Hunan Province Under The Construction Of New Rural Area

Rural finance is the substantial backup force for rural economic development. Nowadays China strongly advocate to building a new socialist countryside, but current state for rural financial of China doesn’t support the economic development of countryside. The State Council put forward the requirements of developing rural finance scientific and reasonable, building rural financial service system, intensifying rural financial service functions, unblocking rural investment channel, updating operation and management philosophy, innovating rural financial products, integrating rural financial credit funds’ source, developing financial product which suitable for rural development, improve the credit capital usage efficiency. The state of Hunan rural financial development is fall short to the requirement, so it has the great significance to research the rural financial development path to fit our province.The paper on the basis of analyzing the western rural financial development theory, by means of analyzing specific rural financial requirements for the rural finance domestic new countryside construction, expounds the present situation of rural financial development in Hunan province and the problems existing in current rural financial development in Hunan province. By summarizing and analyzing the experiences and practices of foreign rural financial development, from the macro and micro two aspects analyzes the suitable path for rural financial development in Hunan Province, which is further improving the rural financial system, deepening the reform of rural credit cooperatives, promoting the development of the rural civil finance, improving the income of the farmers and optimizing the external environment for rural financial development.
