Especially in thehelp of high growth technology company financing plays an important role, and highgrowth enterprises with high risk and high yield.Its outstanding achievements make the solidfoundation for the birth of venture capital institution. But the market after opened a broad roadalso bring other phenomena, making the conclusion of decades research at home andabroad: IPO under-pricing throughout the performance of high-profile. Thissituation appeared equally both developed and emerging markets, also China’sgem IPO performance like them, so the study of VC institutions has importantsignificance for the gem IPO underpricing to further improving the gem system andpromoting the risk investment industry. IPO as the risk investment in small and medium-sizedhigh-tech enterprises of efficient way, if or not meet the exit mechanism ofventure investment needs of the organization, also become the symbol to maintain the vigor ofthe GEM.In this paper, starting from the literature, looking up, translating, summarizing the results ofprevious studies, making conclusion of research results have been obtained, analyzingshortcomings. This paper made a strong rational theoretical models and theoretical assumptionsarticle of normative analysis, the final analysis would be collected using empirical data filtering,classification, sorting. Using multiple linear regression analysis obtained the validatedconclusions and optimization suggestions. The first is the recommended risk investmentinstitutions should do their own literacy initiative to strengthen the construction; followed SMEsshould rationally seek for venture capital support; finally GEM should be done to improve thesystem and prevent the associated risks. |
