The Analysis On Effects Of Monetary Policy In Zhangjiajie

In recent years, significant development has been witnessed in Zhangjiajie City, which is famous for mystic mountains. The tourism industry plays the key role in Zhangjiajie’s economic development. However, with the restrict of natural environment, history background and social condition, Zhangjiajie is still underdeveloped. How to advance Zhangjiajie’s economy with effective monetary policy is an important issue.On the basis of previous research, this paper is keen on the monetary policy effect in Zhangjiajie, including the relationship between monetary policy and economic growth, monetary policy and commodity price, monetary policy and industry structure. For this purpose, this paper collected large amount of data and cases, and selected tourism industry, real estate industry and small business for deep analysis. As a result, the author found that monetary policy effect is restricted in Zhangjiajie because of four main reasons, involving incompleteness of financial system, inadequacy of financial infrastructure, irregular operation of financial institute, and immaturity of microeconomic participants.In the end, this paper gave series of advice to prove the effect of monetary policy implementation in Zhangjiajie, under the historical background that this city has been authorized as one of the first four cities for nationally comprehensive tourism industry reform.
