Under this background, sustainable development of the Micro—credit Company had a new step.Trial work of Micro—credit Company in Hunan has achieved good results, at good momentum of development. But in " only credit " system, financing channel is onefold deeply restricts the development of micro-credit company.This paper takes Hunan Jingfeng small-sum loan company as the main research object. Using the literature review method, induction and deduction, research methods such as examples to study of this article.Firstly,it expounds the theory of small loan companies and rural banks.Then this article introduces the basic situation of Jingfeng small-sum loan company’s operating model,which analyze company’s business environment and its own advantages and disadvantages by SWOT to summarize the petty loan company restructuring motivation.On this basis, the paper analyze the feasibility of small loan companies in Hunan province restructured into economic and social feasibility of village Banks.Finally, recommendations for specific implementation of the restructuring of rural banks on the Jingfeng small-sum loan company are put forward.This study not only bring great practical significance for restructuring of Jingfeng small-sum loan company.Meanwhile,the process and results of other petty loan company’s development also has drawn lessons from a meaning.
