Analysis Of Vaccine Safety Influencing Factors In A Whole Process Perspective

In recent years, bio-pharmaceutical industry developed rapidly. The industrialization process was significantly accelerated from the trend. Biological products also have rapid development, especially for the vaccine industry which has made remarkable achievements. Vaccine safety become the focus of attention of the community after series events on vaccine safety. These issues exposed serious problems existing in vaccine development, approval, production, use, monitoring of adverse reactions after releasing to market. They also reflect the chaos of the current vaccine market and regulatory work exists some defects, including inaccurate positioning of the functions of regulatory authorities, unprofessional staff, unreasonable design of regulatory system, and other factors. This can be used as an opportunity to explore the deep-rooted institutional reasons that lead to vaccine safety issues.The article chose vaccine safety influencing factors in the whole process perspective as research object, using literature, expert consultation, questionnaire, and data analysis methods for the collection, screening, statistics, analysis of vaccine safety influencing factors. The article also compared characteristics of domestic and foreign vaccine safety regulation to conclude that the main factors affecting safety of the vaccine are personnel and institutional factors. The research perspective and research method for the article shares some innovation points. It used empirical study method to analyze vaccine safety factors from the perspective of the whole process. But due to the limitations of the number of samples as well as evaluators, the study still has some inadequacies to make up.
