With the continuous development ofmobile communication business and the growing of market, in order to be dominantin the market, the competition between tree major mobile operators become more andmore intense and the most out-standing performance is the constant price com-petitionbetween them. The development of mobile communication market in China hassuffered great impact because of the generation and the promotion of price war.
