Through osmosis "knowledge filter", entrepreneurial can facilitate knowledge overflow, and thus knowledge spillover entrepreneur does. Knowledge spillover is a form of entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship is also a mechanism of knowledge spillovers. In the entrepreneurship theory, there exists entrepreneurship as an organization of independent behavior, and the essence of entrepreneurship is seen as entrepreneurs can find the value which is existed in the market. Or take the entrepreneurship as operating expansion. But since the trend of economic globalization, the importance of the cooperative innovation has become increasingly prominent, the introduction of interactive learning perspective to answer the question of how entrepreneurship influences the human economic activities is becoming more and more imperative. Therefore, scholars have introduced the creative construction theory to explain the process of interactive learning between the organizations influences entrepreneurship. Creative construction theory suggests that organizations can be raise through cooperative behavior, namely in the process of learn from each other in succession to the creation of future career. However, this theory also has its scope of application, such as interactive learning requires a link between the organizations which are closely located. In this article, these three questions are respectively corresponding knowledge spillover entrepreneurship motivation on cluster competitiveness, dynamic mechanism and affect the outcome. In the process of research, we are always combined normative analysis and empirical analysis. Through literature review, we can form a preliminary understanding of the problems. And then we will combine the tools of economic and mathematics to build the mechanism of the simulation model, and we will validate the rationality of the hypothesis. The last, we’ll collect second-hand cases to observe the integrity of the validity of the theoretical analysis and simulation model. The conclusions are as follows: (1) Simulation analysis and case study shows that there are significant correlation of various factors between the knowledge spillover entrepreneurship and cluster competitiveness. Knowledge spillover entrepreneurship affects the organization’s learning ability, survival ability, and knowledge accumulation and the ability to upgrade of a cluster.(2) With knowledge spillover entrepreneurship, it can help to observe the development and evolution of industrial clusters. In the empirical part of this paper we construct a hunting knowledge model, by setting the parameters of the model we can obtain the different model resolution.Compared with the existing entrepreneurship research, this article mainly innovation points embodied in the following several aspects:First, In the perspective of interaction between organizational learning, it can explain the source of entrepreneurship. This study attempts to open the interactive learning organizations promote the black box of entrepreneurship, in-depth analysis of the mechanism of change. In the second place, by the entrepreneurial organization interactive learning perspective, we will explain the source of the competitive mechanism. Knowledge spillover is the source of cluster competitiveness, and this article focused on the perspective of knowledge spillovers, study the effect of interactive learning between organizations on cluster competitiveness mechanism.Third, quantitative analysis will be put forward, and use it to measure the effects of the interaction learning on cluster competitiveness. In this paper, we will combine with hunting model of economic mathematics, the interactive learning organization mechanism of quantitative analysis. In this paper, the chapter contents and the constructions are as follows:The first chapter is introduction. In this chapter, we designed the induction and summary of economic phenomena in order to define the research problem of this paper, and research ideas and research methods. The second, cluster competitiveness and knowledge spillover entrepreneurship research were reviewed. This chapter review on cluster competitiveness, on the basis of research and knowledge spillover entrepreneurship research. The third, knowledge spillover influences cluster competitiveness mechanism. Is the essence of the research in this chapter, answer the "how" and "influence the results of the two most important problems.Chapter4, this is the empirical part of this article. To verify a theory hypothesis of the fourth chapter as a starting point, combining with hunting model of economic mathematics.Chapter5is case studies. In this chapter, we first collect the historical cases of silicon valley and route128, with its historical evolution as the breakthrough point for their development were described briefly.Chapter6is conclusion. Induction and summarizes this article’s research content, this research significance of the development of industrial clusters, and puts forward some policy suggestions for reference. Finally proved to some disadvantages of this research, hope to have reference value for future research.
