Remanufacturing Closed-loop Supply Chain Network Equilibrium Study With The Patent Protection

With the depletion of natural resources and the increasingly serious problem of environmental protection, recycling and reusing of waste products play an important role in the global continuous development and have been paid attention both at home and abroad. Many countries have legislation which ordering the manufacturer should be responsible for the whole life cycle of the products, in order to save resources and protect environment. For cost reasons or obtaining competition advantage in the market, the original manufacturer may not be on the recycling and reprocessing, but by the third party manufacturers for further processing.This is bound to the original manufacturers of new products have a certain threat. While, due to environmental legislation and other reasons, the original manufacturer do not stop the third party manufacturers for recycling and processing of waste products. In this case, the manufacturer must take certain measures and patent protection is one of the most effective measures.Considering the shortcomings of the existing literature research, this paper studies the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium model with the protection of patent.The main research work is as follows:First, we discuss the concept of the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network and detailed analyze the concept and mode of closed-loop supply chain, and then analyze the definition and significance of closed-loop supply chain network, finally discuss the definition and the process of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network.Second, we further consider the problems of the intellectual property rights related to the manufacturing process and give the definition of patent licensing and intellectual property rights.Third, we develop a closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium model, which consists of manufacturer, retailer, demand market and the third party manufacturer. We analysis the independent decision-making behavior and their interaction of closed-loop supply chain network layers of decision makers. By using the variational inequality, we give the economic meaning, then obtain the closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium model, and give the algorithm model. Finally we find out the closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium price and quantity.
