| "Agriculture, Countryside and Peasant" issues have become an economic and social development problem of our country. The problem whether can be solved effectively influences China’s economic and social development and the process of the well-off society of comprehensive construction. Increasing peasants’ income is the embodiment of "Agriculture, Countryside and Peasant" issues. Therefore, promoting the peasants’income is the key point to solve the problem, and also the inevitable request of harmonious society construction. The CPC and the government attaches great importance to the problem of increasing peasants’ income, starting in2004, through a series of "No.l Document" emphasized the importance of increasing peasants’ income problem. But from the point of practical effect, compared with the target there is still a certain disparity. Thus increasing the peasants’ income problem is still very urgent in the new period.This paper, by reviewing China’s reform and opening up, starts form the analysis of the historical and current situation of the increase of peasants’income, and then finds out the factors that restricting the increase of peasants’ income, so as to solve the peasants’income problem from the internal, external and policy.This paper is divided into five chapters. Introduction part summarizes the problems, puts forward the background, research significance, the domestic and foreign research review, research methods and innovation points. The second chapter basically writes the process and significance of the problem of increasing peasants’ income in our country. The third chapter emphatically analyzes the history and present situation of the peasants’ income growth in our country. The fourth mainly writes the restricted factors of the increasing of peasants’income. The final chapter makes on the corresponding solving measures and solutions to promote peasants’ income viewpoints of internal, external and policy factors based on the previous analysis. |
