Under the current market environment, competition between enterprises does notonly lie on products. The Business idea of Product-centric gradually shifted to theway of Customer-centric. The customer is the source of value and profits, theeffection of the customer decides the basic survival ability and market competitionability of the company. However, the enterprise discovers not all customers bringenterprise profits. So, in order to achieve its maximum value, the enterprise shouldresearch the value of different customer asset. Therefore, this paper takes thecustomer assets evaluation as the research object, and it is has the vital signif icance ofimproving the customer management, and serving the enterprise strategies better.This paper takes the X-Wind Energy Co.,Ltd. as the object.On the basis ofCustomer asset theory and value theory, it analyses the characteristics and theinfluence factors of client assets, the present situation of the customer management,and then points out the existing problems in the management of customer. Referencemethods and ideas that have been existing, this paper evaluates the value of customerassets, and applicate the evaluation result in the company. According to theassessment of the value and the actual situation of the enterprise, this paper putforward some proposals and measures for improvement of customer management andfinancial management. At last the paper points out that the enterprises should adoptdifferent development strategies for different types of customers and allocate theresources to the customer reasonably, in order to improve the management ofcustomers,enhance the value and market competitiveness of enterprises, create moreprofits for the sustainable management and development of enterprises.This paper aims at providing the comprehensive, feasible method of customerasset evaluation and customer management improvement measures, hoping to improvethis company and the similar enterprise’s customer management.
