Research On Financing Strategy Of Laibao High-Tech Company

After nearly20years of development, China’s Medium-sized ScientificEnterprises are becoming more and more important, and they receive more and morethe concern from all aspects. The process of their own development must beaccompanied by a series of problems, especially the financing problem, havehindered the development of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises. LaibaoHigh-Tech Company is one of the private small and medium-sized high-techenterprises listed on the Shenzhen SME board electronics. The article aims at easingthe financing problems of Laibao and promoting its long-term development. On thebasis of analyzing the financing environment and short-term and long-term financingneeds of Laibao, this article puts forward financing strategies for the company’scurrent and future development. It strives to provide good reference for the similarenterprises while solving this case, even for the entire electronics industry.Meanwhile, it is also a useful attempt to solve the financing problems of privatesmall and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.Based on the analysis of the financing problem of Laibao Hi-Tech, this articleadopts the research method of combining the theory with case analysis. Bycollecting relevant information of Laibao, and then making comparison andinduction, the thesis carries out deep analysis and research on financing environment,financing needs, and financing problems of Laibao, thus paves the way for makingthe financing strategies.The thesis focuses on the formulation of the financingstrategies from short-term and long-term perspectives. This thesis discusses thefinancing strategies of Laibao Hi-Tech from three aspects—the prediction ofshort-term financial demand, the feasibility analysis of financing method, and thedesign and evaluation of financing plan. In this thesis, the author has made aqualitative analysis of the long-term financing needs, financing method andfinancing structure of Laobao Hi-Tech. Finally, the guarantee on the implementationof financing strategies has been put forward. The author hopes that this thesis can bea reference for systematically solving the financing problems of Laibao Hi-tech.
