By the end of2009to2011of China has experienced a new round of inflation. For example CPI is above4.9%in2011, and for4consecutive months of CPI rose more than6%.In this period of time,for the stability of financial system and achieve economic recovery,the United States, Britain, the European Union and other countries have taken quantitative easing monetary policy. About the inflation, many scholars are unanimous view:this round inflation had significant input features. and view of the current inflation in the literature, that basically all literature both in the article to express a view: quantitative easing monetary policy is China the current inflation’important inducement.Scientific theory based on the scientific research method. based on the related classic theory, the paper makes full use of the methods of induction and deduction, the method of linking theory with practice, combining normative analysis with positive analysis method,to research "quantitative easing monetary policy’effect on China’s inflation".This article based on the quantitative easing monetary policy perspective, with2009-2011year of this round of inflation as the starting point, studies the quantitative easing monetary policy’effect on China s inflation.The structure according to the following logical path unfolding:firstly, from theoretical analysis the quantitative easing monetary policy on imported inflation spillover effect of conduction pathways, and obtain a large amount of data from home and abroad to prove it, secondly, With the policy instrument of monetary policy and the policy goal as the foothold,select the relevant indicators from empirical research on quantitative easing monetary policy in the United States to China imported inflation spillover effect empirical analysis, reach what conduction pathways in China is remarkable, and how their effects; finally, in theory and empirical analysis based on China, from multiple perspectives on how to deal with all the quantitative easing monetary policy, how to control the possible input inflation, how to reduce its negative influence, so as to maintain its steady economic growth and the stability of the financial system, and put forward countermeasure to suggest.
