Then in China from2005to2010,26630high technologyfirms using the unbalanced panel data as samples, using system GMM method ofreversed transmission type mechanism has carried on the empirical test, found that forforeign dependency is higher, if continue to speed up the introduction of foreigncapital, will be harmful to the industry domestic enterprises innovation; For lowmarketization degree and poor absorptive capacity of region, does not hinder"demonstration-imitation" effect. We should be appropriate to encourage foreigncompanies to enter the Chinese market faster with low degree of the Midwest, andinteraction with local enterprises, and to limit its continue to enter the high degree ofmarketization of the eastern region.
