The world economy today enters post-financial-crisis era, developed countriescarry out reindustrialization program, BRIC which represents the rise of developingcountries led to the evolution of world’s economic structure, Chinese foreign tradefaces a whole new environment of international economy.While with the process of economic growth and trade expansion, China wasquestioned by some developed and developing countries. They agreed that China’sunitary structure of export goods and the abundant output of “sensitive commodities”may compete the export products and employment of other countries. Most researchbased on the data of industry level found that China has significant trade similaritywith the other countries, competition of homogeneous commodities was extremelyserious, and result in deterioration of trade condition and decline of elements’ revenue.However, this paper identify the attributes of trade commodities of several area andfound China’s export products mainly rely on price competition, developing countriesincluding China and developed countries export different types of products at thevariety level. developed countries export high price and quality products that in thehigh-end of international division of labor, developing countries export low price andquality products that in the opposite position, thus developed countries did not facedirect threat from developing countries. China’s trade expansion was mainlymanifested in the aspects of quantity rather than quality, the increase of trade scaleand market share concentrated in the low-end products market, the price and qualityof export produce was still lower than other developed countries and emergingcountries. China plays a role in the low-end links of the global industrial chain. All ofthese show that China’s foreign trade development is quantity expansion, in view ofthis problem, we need to explore some effective solution to achieve the sustainableand inclusiveness growth of foreign trade.
