In this case, the pursuit of sustainable development is the of Chongqingfuture development strategic focus, thus building a sustainable investment environment foreconomic development of Chongqing in the development process, without environmental pollution,the cost of the introduction of investment and technology to achieve economic, social, ecological,coordinated and sustainable development has a crucial importance.This article combined investment environment and sustainable development, to proposesustainable investment environment evaluation theory, and built the investment environmentevaluation system based on sustainable development. According to a sustainable investmentenvironment evaluation index system, select the data of2000-2011Chongqing, sustainableinvestment environment of Chongqing empirical analysis using factor analysis method.
