With the globalization of the economy, the enterprises in which the survival of the operatingenvironment are facing unprecedented change, resulting in the economy of the entire social,political, and technological changed increasingly volatile and complex. These uncertainties havemade a profound impact to the enterprise, and under immense pressure. In order to conform tothe tide of globalization, sustained growth in a fiercely competitive market environment, manycompanies have chosen to strategic transformation, its purpose is to make fundamental changeson the organizational structure and the nature of the core business, in order to adapt to changes ofthe environment and maintain coordination. Enterprises can successfully complete the strategictransformation to achieve strategic objectives, depending on whether the performancemanagement system is effective. Therefore, to explore the key factors for enterpriseorganizations successful strategic transformation, to take effective measures to improve staffperformance, and to promote the effective implementation of the strategic restructuring andtransformation strategy are becoming important propositions in the process of strategictransformation practice.In this paper, the research enterprise strategic transformation performance is based onin-depth study of enterprise strategic transformation of the motives and characteristics of thestrategic transformation project, to analyze the impact of the strategic transformation of enterpri-se performance and the relationship between the business transformation and performance withstaff contribution. The transition from the point of view of the earned value method is to putforward to measure performance, so as to solve the traditional evaluation of transition performa-nce for the ex-post evaluation, but the problem can not be found in the process, and promptlycorrect the deviation of the drawbacks.This paper introduced the earned value method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy method ofevaluation of the performance of enterprise strategic transformation system, Through questionna-ires created performance model for the analysis of each indicator factors and strategic transfor-mation objectives consistency relevance, confirmed the validity of the model, followed by anempirical analysis of the strategic transformation of the Company Y has been to evaluate resultsof the corporate strategic transformational change, Thus, the proposal for company Y helped thecompany to improve their own competitiveness.
