High-tech industry is important power of the national economic,its contribution to the economic development become more and more,govenments increase supportive strength gradually.At the same time,some inevitable problems remain in Quanzhou’s development of high-tech industry,affect and hinder the development of high-tech industry.This thesis take the development of Quanzhou’s high-tech for example,on the basis of the status and feature of the development in Quanzhou’s high-tech,combine relative reasource and statistical data,find weakness of the development of Quanzhou’s high-tech,and render advice of Quanzhou’s hige-tech development’ on these questions.Structure of thesis:Part one instruction,account the paper’s researching background,researching significance and researching methods;Part two introduces the related theoretical foundation of high-tech industry development;Part three,on basis of Quanzhou’material,analyse the present situation of Quanzhou’s high-tech industry development from five aspects;Part fore fine main problems of Quanzhou’s high-tech industry development from data analysis;Part five summarizes the studies and propose several policies and coutermeasures on how to improve the development of Quanzhou’s high-tech industry.This thesis,from policy and system,service environment,fators allocation, superintendency mechanism,gives a detailed analysis to the problems in the process of Quanzhou’s development of high-tech industry and solutions have been made to enhance it,these will be beneficial to build sustainable development.Because there is no statistical norm of high-tech industry,the statistics of high-tech industry are not comprehensive enough,so this research has some limitations.
