This paper studies the problem of military financial management. Choice of financial management of military payments as the reason for the study is, to our current financial management of the status quo, there are varying degrees of financial revenue and expenditure management quality is not high, not only hinder the military economic benefits, weakening the military financial allocation efficiency, but also threatens the military use and management benefit, influence the military modernization, standardization construction.
