| Urbanization makes a lot of agricultural land turn into construction land, also, a large number of rural populations turn into urban population. The city is confronting large pressure of the housing, transportation and so on. Because of the city’s limited expansion, it is necessary to improve the economic benefits of urban land. The built-up area of Chang-zhu-tan agglomeration was chosen as the research object.The characteristic of the level and compact of land expansion from1999-2009in this area were studied. Quantitative analysis of the economic benefits for land utilization from2000to2012was performed in this thesis. The stepwise regression model of Chang-zhu-tan agglomeration was established, expansion area during the "twelfth five-year" was forecasted.The results showed that in Chang-zhu-tan agglomeration, the level of land expansion of Changsha city was too high, Zhuzhou city was normal, Xiangtan city was too low. The compact of the land expansion of the Changsha city was stable; Zhuzhou city and Xiangtan city were on the decline. Three cities were expanding towards the direction of "Green Heart" area which was defined by the2008’s version Regional Planning of Chang-zhu-tan Agglomeration.Input and output of expanded land achieved the best in2000,2005,2006,2009and2O12.The reasons for invalid years of DEA were the overheating of investment in fixed assets and too much labor in the second and third industry. Zhuzhou achieved the best in scale efficiency of expanded land, Changsha was the second, and Xiangtan was the worst. At the end of2015, the predicted built-up areas in Chang-zhu-tan agglomeration were385.78km2,156.62km2and156.62km2. The land use efficiency of Chang-zhu-tan agglomeration was high, the scale of urban development was reasonable, but there was still a large room to improve it. The government should strengthen the regional cooperation and integrate the regional resources, strengthen the information circulation to promote the resource flows. |
