According to actual needs of market, enterprise technological innovation hasstronger directivity and reality, as well as necessity of transformation of thecorresponding marketing model. In line with the market environment change,technological innovation also has a direct impact on transformation of enterprisemarketing model. As a result, there is an inseparable relationship betweentechnological innovation and marketing model transformation; moreover, exploringthe technological innovation based on enterprise, the restructuring of marketingmodel and their mutual influence has important significance to the development ofChina’s enterprises and economic progress.There is a “pull” impact on marketing model transformation along withtechnological innovation based on enterprise. The influence of this impact isreflected in restructuring of the core elements of marketing, for instance, consumerdemands and consumer habits etc. Furthermore, direction of the marketing modeltransformation can be adjusted and controlled by technological innovation effectively.However, transformation in marketing model, in turn, influences on enterprisetechnological innovation on multiple categories. Thus, technological innovation andmarketing model transformation influence mutually in terms of the concept,organization, management and operation; in addition, it indicates the promotion ofenterprise’s core competencies and improvement of economic level. Follow therelated principle, construction of transformed marketing model which is promoted bytechnological innovation has been conducted; and meanwhile, it prospects the trendin technological innovation which is enhanced by transformation of marketing model.
