Entrepreneurial activity in the economy and society is playing an increasingly important role. Because entrepreneurial activity not only promotes social innovation, the new knowledge and technology into products and services, but also to solve the social problem of employment, to become the driving force of economic development. In today’s society, entrepreneurial activity due to resource constraints, the impact of competition and gradually transformed into the team by the individual entrepreneurial venture. Therefore, based on the entrepreneurial team as a research topic has important theoretical and practical significance. On the one hand, the team are more entrepreneurial than individual entrepreneurs to be successful, its advantage lies will have different knowledge, skills and abilities of people together, to improve decision-making efficiency and feasibility and promote business growth. On the other hand, the academic research results for the entrepreneurial team is far better than the team practice of entrepreneurship as rich.In recent years, the academic reputation of the entrepreneurial team and organizational legitimacy of the relationship between a lot of research, draw some useful conclusions. However, for the entrepreneurial team’s reputation and legitimacy of the relationship between organizational boundary condition few studies. In this paper, entrepreneurial team reputation, entrepreneurial team composition and organizational legitimacy relations conducted empirical research reveals entrepreneurial team and organizational reputation and legitimacy of the relationship between entrepreneurial team composition characterized relations between the two regulatory role. This study is the entrepreneurial team’s reputation and legitimacy of the relationship between organizational boundary conditions provides a new explanation. Based on the review team’s reputation domestic and foreign scholars on entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial team composition and organizational legitimacy on the basis of relevant literature, the use of data on-site interviews with209valid questionnaires were collected, using SPSS17.0statistical software to carry out such empirical research, the resulting the following conclusions:(1) Entrepreneurial team between legitimacy and organizational reputation as a significant positive correlation between the entrepreneurial team to enhance the reputation of promoting organizational legitimacy.(2) Characteristics of the entrepreneurial team has industry experience constitutes the number of people over40years of age and the number of executives and organizational legitimacy were significantly correlated.(3) Entrepreneurial team members have industry experience, the number of positive regulation entrepreneurial team and organizational legitimacy reputation relationship. Entrepreneurial team members over the age of40the number of positive regulation entrepreneurial team and organizational legitimacy reputation relationship.Finally, the paper also reputation from the entrepreneurial team and entrepreneurial team members have experience in the industry the number of persons over40years of age constitute such characteristics put forward relevant policy recommendations and analyzes the papers in the research process in many areas and for future research were discussed.
