Nowadays, the economic development is increasingly restricted by resource and environment. The enterprises should follow the development of cycle path to achieve sustainable development. The traditional extensive mode of economic growth gains economic growth at the expense of the e nvironment. This increases the conflict between economic development and environmental protection. The natural resource is confronted with being exhausted because of human over-exploitation, which threatens seriously the safety of human survival. The comprehensively using second resources, has advantage to heighten economical benefit and effect, improve environment of life. Therefore, efficient and com prehensive utilization of secondary resources has been the key to develop the circular economy.Comparing with the trad itional high emissions and high-pollu tion linea r developmental pattern, cyclic econ omy is a pattern that re cycles the m aterials an d energy and discharge low pollution. As a ne w economic form to protect environment and save resource, circular economy has it’s particu lar functioning m echanism to protect the environment-. save resource and promote continual development.Therefore, in this thesis, we select a nonferrous metal enterprise as the object, focuses on the operation m echanism of the secondary resources utilization.
