Micro-credit companies originated from Bangladesh. China began to try to establish micro-credit companies from1993.It was until2005that the real national promotion started,and pilot projects began in5provinces, including Shaanxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia. After2008, micro-credit companies began to develop rapidly.By the end of last year,there were6080companies in our country and loan balance was592.1billion yuan.Lately due to the domestic economy and the overall environmental impact of financial system, small and medium-sized enterprises serious lack of financial support. To some extent, micro-credit companines make up the capital requirements of small and medium-sized enterprise credit, sought after by small and medium-sized enterprises. Microfinance market is unusual prosperous, thus loosening risk prevention.Under the influence of sudden huge profits,some micro-credit company’s investors also blindly increase investment in pursuit of short-term returns.This paper chooses W micro-credit company for case study, on the basis of the theory of enterprise ethics, mainly discusses the specification development issues. Firstly, this paper analyzes the development course, operation mode and business conditions of the W micro-credit company. Secondly, from the perspective of enterprise ethics, this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the company’s own development process and the reasons.Finally, from the labor-capital ethics, customer ethics, competition ethics, shareholder ethics and some other aspects, countermeasures and suggestions for further development of W micro-credit company are put forward.
