Research For The Status, Problems And Countermeasures Of Jiujiang IRS Tax Collection Management Quality

The quality of tax collection is the eternal theme in tax works. Improving the quality and efficiency of tax collection and tax collection is our basic objective. In this paper, I will focus to the connotation of tax collection quality, logically elaborates the meaning, objectives, evaluation system, and the significance of improving the quality of tax collection. Moreover, this paper will practically investigate the quality of Jiujiang IRS tax collection management uality, finding the main problems in the current tax collection management quality. It deeply analyzes, in two aspects, internal factors (quality of tax officials, tax administrator system, tax collection measures) and external factors (taxpayer compliance with tax law, tax collection environment) the reasons affecting the collection and improvement of the tax collection and management quality. Beside, this paper, in the five aspects, including Improving the quality of tax officials, reforming the system of tax administrators, strengthening tax collection and enhancing tax law compliance of taxpayers, creating a good environment of tax collection management, presents some measures and suggestions in improving Jiujiang IRS tax collection management quality, and provides practical basis in better promoting development of the scientific taxation business, ensuring the overall health of the state finance operation.
